Refund Policy
- Refund will be only be made in the event a manufacturing defect is found. For Refund, please contact our Customer Service at WhatsApp +971 55 437 2858 within 3 days from received the goods and also send the details by email to: info@antonioonlineshop.com .
- The goods must be in brand new condition with all their parts.
- After receiving the goods, the amount will be refunded back to customer account after deducting courier charges and Bank charges as per the bank refunds policy.
- While placing your orders, prior to the confirmation, we strongly recommend you to verify the product details to avoid unnecessary exchange or refund.
- All refund cases will be undergoing an approval process of a few days of submission in order to get the eligibility of refund.
- Refunds will be strictly processed based on the payment mode, at the time of purchase.
- For refund transactions with Credit/Debit card, will be aligned with Bank Policy, refunds will be strictly on the same card during purchase, the duration of the refund may take up to 45 working days.
- Items purchased during the sale campaign, promotions or special offers & items already exchanged, Not eligible for the return/refund policy (to be exchanged only).
